Hi! I am Erin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving adults and adolescents in and around Tucson, Arizona.
The most common reason my clients express for seeking therapy is "feeling disconnected"–from themselves or their loved ones, stuck in patterns that are not serving them or their relationships.
With over a decade of experience, I have training in Attachment-based as well as Cognitive, Behavioral and Trauma-focused approaches and EMDR. I blend these to help my clients better understand themselves and their relationships so that they can develop skills to increase connection and improve communication, navigate conflict, regulate emotions and live... with Intention.
